Free plan
The Free plan is, well, free β there's nothing to refund.
Pro subscriptions
If you're not happy with Pro within the first 7 days of your first subscription payment, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. After that window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges β you'll keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll get back to you within a few business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings β no need to contact us unless you're also requesting a refund.
